Before, I regularly used to resolve to start an exercise programme but somehow
it always got pushed out by other commitments, particularly work. Now that Jenny
works with me as my personal trainer, I have a programme that I can keep to
and I always have support and someone to make sure that I
accomplish what I want to achieve.
We don't work at the gym because I dislike gyms. So instead Jenny created a programme
for me to do at home, to meet my needs and my busy life-style.
At first we did 3 sessions a week together but as the programme progressed and
I was motivated to keep to a 3-times-a-week exercise routine, we met up just
twice a month.
But when I'm extra busy at work and beginning to let the exercise slide, she
monitors me more closely and works with me more frequently.
I'm proud of the fact that I feel and look better. My upper arms have better
muscle tone - so now I feel I don't have to cover them up in the summer.
I find it really helpful that Jenny mixes close supervision and support by phone,
depending on my motivation and other commitments. I also like the way she regularly
checks what my goals are because this helps me remember why I'm doing the exercises
so I'm re-motivated. "

at my technique and checking that I was doing everything correctly. She
